Tactical Interoperable Communications Plan

The BayRICS Authority is a 12-member Joint Powers  Authority (JPA), representing the San Francisco Bay Area. BayRICS is  responsible for planning, policy and oversight of regional public safety  communications projects. 

The TICP includes information on the type, location, quantity, management, capabilities, and limitations of regional communications assets, as well as process for requesting, deploying, activating, and deactivating these assets. This site moves the TICP online.
